Constitute a competent team and put them on the job!!

Today customers are more informed compared to olden days.
Therefore we should be very methodical and specific while interacting with the customers for your product to sell.
Read today's news paper. it says" Consumers still hooked to old car models. Highest- selling Models include Alto, WagonR, Indica, And Hyundai Santro"

All these models are a decade old.

What it implies is that it is very difficult to change the customer perception.

Many new models in small car segments are introduced in the later stages, but they could not succeed in winning the customer loyalty as Maruthi enjoys. I own a Marthi Wagon R.
Local Physician of my car, Indus motors, had played a great role in selection and maintenance of my car. They know what I expect out of them. Similarly they know all their customer closely. They interact with us quiet often.

An industry or a business house with out clearly defined customer segment with assured loyalty is in the HEAVY RISK catogory!!! Knowledge about customer's needs and expectation is so vital for them to sustain and improve.
For detailed study on this, please write to me at kartha.nandakumar@gmail.com
